International airfare is based on rates at time of booking.  To give you an idea, rates are currently running about $1400 - $1500 including taxes and fees and are subject to change until booked. You may make your own international air arrangements to Nairobi, or we would be happy to help you. Feel free to compare our costs with the fares you would be able to get yourself. I think you will find our rates very competitive. If you make your own arrangements, you would need to ensure that you arrive in Nairobi by Saturday morning May 17, 2008.

We are currently in negotiation for rates for land costs as itemized below. Rates are based on the number of participants and include two domestic flights and meals as indicated in itinerary. At this time, land rate for 8 people or more is estimated to be $4500. The domestic flights are based on 2007 rates and subject to any increases imposed by the airline.
